Start Your Career with Dell Technologies Australia's STEM Aspire Female Mentoring Program

Dell Technologies Australia has recently launched an exciting new mentorship program for female STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students, challenging participants to grow and learn. Our innovative STEM Aspire Program runs for 3 months and aims to connect female university or TAFE students, who are in their final year of study, to like-minded females within Dell. Mentees will be paired with mentors and buddies who will provide them with 1-on-1 support and guidance, to help bridge the gap between education and employment. There are also regular workshops and on-site/ virtual visits held for all mentees, enabling them to create and nurture a professional network with each other. The objective of the program is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female STEM students to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector.

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM OFFER?

One-on-one Mentorship		Workshops and Team Building
You will work with a mentor, engaging in frequent 1-on-1 meetings where you can ask questions and enhance your understanding of the IT industry. You will also have a buddy for extra support.		You can participate in activities and workshops guided by professionals who have walked the same path.

 

Great Networking Experience		Acquire an Understanding of Technical Careers at Dell
You will meet and network with successful women within Dell Technologies, as well as fellow mentees, exchanging experiences. There will be on-site/ virtual visits to encourage the growth of your personal and professional networks.		You will have the opportunity to gain insight into the roles of your mentor and buddy, as well as life at Dell.
