“Dell has exceeded my expectations of what to expect from a graduate job. I expected a stressful experience that I would have adjust to in time and earn my stripes. However, with the right approach that has been taught to me by my team, it has been stress-free and consistently rewarding. There is no shortage of healthy advice and support from my co-workers, and the overall attitude of the office is very positive. Even the interview process and assessment days were comfortable and welcoming. Dell has created a hard-working yet enjoyable workplace where creativity is encouraged, and staff are treated well. If you are seeking a strong start to your career, I couldn’t recommend Dell more.”
