What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Manager, Data Platforms, you will at the forefront in advancing our capabilities building next gen data platforms, with a special focus on building large scale, scalable and high performing innovative data platforms. This pivotal role involves leading and mentoring a team of high skilled data platform engineers to build, scale and manage multiple big data, datalake and data warehouse platforms.

You will:

• Develop the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and development of data platform products with a focus on user-centric design guidelines, scale and performance.
• Inspire teams to transform to next gen data lakehouse solutions cater to evolving user needs
• Drive collaboration between platform engineers, architects, data engineers and business stakeholders
• Engage with executive management and you will be providing comprehensive updates and insightful presentations on project progress, strategic initiatives, and the latest innovations

Essential Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data technologies (Hadoop, Greenplum, Teradata, Spark, Databricks, Informatica etc)
• 5+ years of experience managing high performing engineering teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering user-focused solutions
